MockXO is an online platform that provides mock test services for various competitive examinations, including but not limited to IBPS PO, SSC, Railway, and Banking exams. We offer:

  • Practice tests and question banks
  • Performance analytics and insights
  • Leaderboards and rankings
  • Test packages for purchase

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Test packages are available for purchase at prices displayed on the Platform. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies are as follows:

  • Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if the package is unused
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of Terms

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security or functionality
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
  • Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Platform without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract test questions
  • Engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to test questions, explanations, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MockXO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Test Attempts and Results

  • Test attempts are subject to time limits and other rules specified for each test
  • Results are calculated automatically and are final
  • We reserve the right to invalidate results if we detect cheating or violation of rules
  • Retake policies vary by test and are specified in the test details

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Test results will guarantee success in actual examinations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOCKXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or information
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
